Lungz Makaula is the Founder and Lead Pastor of SOZO City Church in Chicago. Having been in ministry for 15 years in South Africa, Australia with the Hillsong Church Young Adult Ministry and the US, Lungz brings a global perspective to his passion for building the Church and building people's lives. Lungz has also dedicated himself to helping church planters start thriving, growing, and multiplying churches. Lungz has been married to his wife Kristin since 2013 and together they are brilliant thinkers, strategists, leaders and dynamic communicators, who deeply love Jesus, their sons and the local church.

NoBigDyl is a rapper/songwriter from Middle Tennessee, and a part of the Christian hip-hop group "Indie Tribe" made up of Mogli The Iceburg, Jon Keith, DJ Mykael V, and himself. Inspired by many genres, Dyl strives to combine melodic production with transparent lyrics and bring content to the forefront of hip-hop again. Born in the Bay Area and raised in the rural south, NoBigDyl's sound embodies the eclectic nature of his upbringing. A storyteller at heart, his lyrics are part memoir, part stream of consciousness as he wrestles with concepts such as faith, ego, love, and loss. Gliding over production ranging from hard-hitting to ethereal, Dyl employs wit and introspection as he explores what it means to be a black boy raised in the backwoods of Tennessee.

INTRODUCING OUR 2023 BREAKOUT SESSION SPEAKERS…
For session 1, we have a familiar Youth Camp face and church planter of Eden Church, Pastor Abraham Guarjardo leading a discussion on servanthood. Then for session 2, we have the man himself Pastor Curtis Rosinski speaking to our high school students on the importance of grace. For the junior high students we have the one and only Isaac Martinez of Trinity Church teaching on becoming an everyday missionary. Finally, for session 3 we have the amazing Jessica Bearden speaking to all of our lovely ladies and our very own Phill Conchola talking to all the boys at Youth Camp this summer. We can’t wait to see the very practical and authentic life change that happens through our daily breakout sessions!
